We understand that your security matters above all else. Our compound integrates alarms and fire detection technologies to alert and counteract emergency situations. Additionally, we keep a close eye on building access through cutting edge surveillance and a private security booth that’s functional from 10pm to 8am.

Project Alpha features various types of apartments. All come with basic amenities such as stunning views, electrical accessories, eco-friendly benefits, and parking space. However, we also offer apartments with exclusive access to rooftop swimming pools, garden terrace and more.

Each apartment has designated access to at least one parking and storage space in the basement. Moreover, 30% of all available residential units get a second parking space.

Delivery for all apartments opens in December 2024. If you’re interested in booking your unit in advance, please contact XXX and we’ll walk you through the process of booking occupancy.

Absolutely not, we believe that pets are part of the family which is why we welcome your furry friend into the community. However, please understand that other residents may have allergies and opposing preferences which is why we require all pet owners residing inside the compound to follow our animal-related community standards.

Our compound is a short drive from some of the most bustling shops, restaurants/cafes, sports areas, and parks in Thessaloniki. Project Alpha is also intentionally located close to the metro station for the residents’ convenience.
